Disconnecting a channel

Disconnecting a channel removes it from PostRecycle. Posts will no longer be published to that channel.

How to disconnect

  1. Go to Channels.
  2. Find the channel you want to remove.
  3. Click the menu and select Disconnect.
  4. Confirm the action on the confirmation page.

What happens to your schedules?

Disconnecting a channel does not delete your schedules or timeslots. However, if a schedule had only this channel attached, it will effectively stop publishing (no channels = nothing to publish to). You can edit the schedule to add a different channel.

Revoking access on the platform

Disconnecting a channel in PostRecycle does not revoke the access token on the social platform itself. If you want to fully revoke access, go to the platform's app settings and remove PostRecycle from your authorised apps.
