These Terms of Use describe the legally binding terms and conditions that oversee your use of the Site. BY LOGGING INTO THE SITE, YOU ARE BEING COMPLIANT THAT THESE TERMS and you represent that you have the authority and capacity to enter into these Terms. YOU SHOULD BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO ACCESS THE SITE.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services. Such Third-Party Links are not under the control of Company, and Company is not responsible for any Third-Party Links. You use all Third-Party Links at your own risk.
The site is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, and company and our suppliers expressly disclaim any and all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including all warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall company or our suppliers be liable to you or any third-party for any lost profits, lost data, costs of procurement of substitute products, or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the site.

PostRecycle offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our authorized Merchant of Record and payment processor. Paddle handles all payment transactions on our behalf. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the Service until that date.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with PostRecycle within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the date of purchase or renewal will not be eligible for a refund for that billing period. Refunds are processed by Paddle and may take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your payment statement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
