Follow these five steps and PostRecycle will start publishing for you automatically.
Step 1 — Create a category
Go to Posts in the sidebar and click New category. Give it a name like "Tips" or "Promotions". A category is a folder that holds a group of related posts.
Step 2 — Add posts to the category
Open the category and click the + button to create your first post. Type your message, attach a photo or video if you like, and save. Repeat to build up a small queue — the more posts you add, the longer PostRecycle can run without repeating.
Step 3 — Connect a social channel
Go to Channels in the sidebar and click Connect channel. Choose your platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or X) and follow the authorisation flow. PostRecycle will appear in your list of connected channels.
Step 4 — Create a schedule
Go to Schedules and click New schedule. Give it a name and tick the channel(s) you want to publish to.
Step 5 — Add a timeslot
Inside your new schedule, add a timeslot. Choose a time (e.g. 09:00), a recurrence (every day, or a specific day), and the category to pull posts from. Activate the schedule and you are done.
PostRecycle will now publish automatically at the times you set.
