Open the category you want to add a post to and click the + button (or Add post from the top navigation).
Required
Nothing is strictly required — you can create a post with just a message, just a photo, or any combination. However, a post with no message and no media will be published as an empty post, so make sure you add at least one of them.
Message
Type your post caption in the message field. You can write up to 2,000 characters. The message is used on all platforms the post is published to.
Content type
Use the Type dropdown to choose:
- Auto (recommended) — PostRecycle detects the best format based on your media.
- Photo — a single image post.
- Gallery — multiple images in one post.
- Video — a video post.
- Link — a link preview card.
- Text — text only, no media.
If you choose Auto, PostRecycle will pick the right format automatically: video if you attach a video, gallery if you attach two or more images, photo for a single image, link card if you add a URL but no media, or plain text if there is nothing else.
Media
Use the Photos tab to upload images (PNG, JPG, WEBP — max 10 MB each) or paste image URLs. Use the Video tab to upload a video file (MP4, MOV, AVI) or paste a video URL.
Click Save when done.
