Exporting posts to CSV

You can export all posts in a category as a ZIP file containing a CSV and an images folder.

How to export

1. Open the category you want to export.
2. Click Export.
3. A ZIP file named {category_name}_export.zip will download automatically.

What the export contains

• posts.csv — all posts with their metadata (message, link, type, dates, priority, etc.)
• images/ — all uploaded photos, named to match the references in the CSV

Use cases

• Backup — keep an offline copy of your content library.
• Migration — move content between categories or accounts by exporting and re-importing.
• Collaboration — share content with a team member who can review or edit it in a spreadsheet.
